Aspen with Bunks 23 Feet

Lightweight trailer. Bring the whole family to the campground in this travel trailer! The kiddos can sleep on the rear corner set of full size bunk beds and you can sleep on the front residential queen bed.  RV has a good size refrigerator and the slide out makes the inside feel roomy. It also has a dorm size refrigerator on the outside.  
Trailer comes fully equipped with comforters sheet and pillows for the beds.  Appliances include a Keurig (and assortment of pods),  12 cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, can opener.  Also, utensils such as silverware, coffee cups, cups and plates. A 19 in tv with a built in DVD player is also in trailer as well as children's DVDs  and board games.  Four outside chairs are also in the storage compartment for your use.  A full list of items will be sent as your dates approach.

Beds:. Queen bed (60x75 in), 5 pillows w/covers, comforter, sheets, and blanket.  Bunks have 2 pillows each w/cover, comforter and sheets.

Interior:. 19 in TV with DVD player,  USB charger, space heater (RV also has it's own heating system.)

Kitchen:  Keurig classic coffee maker (included some pods of coffee and hot chocolate), 12 cup coffee maker, coffee mugs, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, elec hand mixer,smoothie blender, 4 quart crock pot, skillet ( 7, 8,10, 12in), sauce pans,  silverware, steak knives, plastic cups, plates and bowls, cutting board, dishcloths, measuring cups, whisk, potato peeler , pizza cutter, ice cream scoop, bottle and wine opener,kitchen scissors, can openers, ladels, spachulas, spaghetti strainer, large spoons, oven mitts, long lighters, soap, scrubbers, trash can and bags.

Bathroom:. 6 towels and washcloths.
Toilet paper is PROVIDED.. requires SPECIAL  biodegradable paper for tanks.

Kids items: cards, uno,connect four, chutes & ladders, candy land, puzzles, sorry, clue, , operation, life, dominoes, soccer ball, football, kick ball

Outside Misc. For your use: 4 adult mesh camping chairs, 2 kids chairs,10x10 canopy upon request, 6 hotdog marshmallow roasting sticks, flashlights. Extension cords and extra water hose.
To hook up to site or generator:  30 amp.  Surge  protector, 30 amp power cord, drinking water hose, sewer hose, level blocks (everything needed to hook up rv)
