 Deliver and Pick-Up only with this trailer because of is weight.  Includes setup. Charge is 85.00. I try to deliver about hour and half from home on Arlington. 
 Dual entry with a bunkhouse and additional half bath for the kids. Great for extra guests.
Sturdy steps lead into main living area.  Notice the large slide out for the sofa and large U-shaped dinette. Both can convert into a queen size bed that can sleep two each. The entertainment system features a 50 in TV with a Blu Ray DVD attached.  The radio/stereo system has both inside and outside speakers and have USB and Bluetooth. The kitchen area has plenty of storage and a deep seated stainless steel sink with pull down faucet. It has a 3 burner stove along with an oven, microwave and nice size refrigerator. The bunkroom has  slide out and 2nd air-conditioning unit.  It has a 24 in TV with a DVD. The other twin top bunk folds up to make couch. Sheet, pillows and comforters for the beds are provided. The half-bath is next to the bunkhouse and includes the second entry/ exit door to the trailer. Up front is the main bathroom with a nice size shower.  The half bath is located by the bunkroom and can be accessed by the hallway and other door. 
The main bedroom is accessed through a hallway door for privacy. It has a Queen bed with 6in memory foam mattress

I provide toilet paper since I use  biodegradable paper for tanks.
